Annual Event Video

Capture Video was once again excited to work with the Public Risk Manager’s Association (PRIMA) on their annual PRIMY Award’s video. This is our fourth year producing the Public Risk Manager of the Year Award video.

Congratulations to this year’s winner, Tony Harris. Here is the video we produced that was recently shown at PRIMA’s annual conference and award’s program.

Including video in a a live program has a lot of great benefits. First of all, it’s the best way to take the audience with you, outside of the room. In other words, if you want to show your audience anything that isn’t right there in the room with you, a video can do that for you.

It’s also a great way to explain a complicated idea. Whether that idea is what made this person deserve to win an award, why should someone donate money to this cause, or what are the possible applications of this product or service, a video can show so much more than words alone can describe.

And not that listening to speakers and presenters isn’t exciting, but a video is also a great way to break up the evening. Give the audience something to look at besides people standing on a stage. It makes the event more dynamic.

You can also use a video loop in the lobby or the entrance to your event to disseminate information. Whether that information is about the event – look at the wonderful speaker in conference room B, here are some of the exciting items being auctioned off at the reception tonight – or contains news and information about what is going on with your company or non profit to an audience you already know cares.

Video at an event can enhance branding, education, and the experience. Capture Video produces live event videos for many different applications. Contact us today to discuss your next event video production.
